BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER, PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL THE INFORMATION PROVIDED: NAME, SHIPPING ADDRESS, BILLING ADDRESS, EMAIL, PHONE NUMBER, ETC. IS CORRECT TO AVOID YOUR PACKAGE FROM GETTING LOST, CANCELED, OR RETURNED.

REFUND POLICY:
WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OR REFUNDS DUE TO THE HEALTH AND SAFETY CONCERNS OF THE PRODUCTS. WE CANNOT CANCEL THE ORDER AFTER A TRACKING NUMBER HAS BEEN ISSUED AND THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED TO THE SHIPPING CARRIER.
We allow ONE (1) exchange request per order with exceptions. Exchanges DOES NOT apply to acrylic powders or liquid products such as monomers, gels, polishes, primers, bonds, oils, etc. Exchange items must be unopened and unused, in the same condition as when it was delivered.
You have 7 consecutive days (including weekends) after the order is delivered to contact us to request an exchange. Items must be unopened and unused, in the same condition as when it was delivered. You are responsible for the shipping fee to send the item(s) to us. Once we receive the item(s), we will inspect it and will contact you to arrange an exchange.
SALES ARE FINAL on acrylic powders and liquid products such as monomers, gels, polishes, primers, bonds, oils, etc.
NO Refunds or Exchanges on International orders.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Please double check your shipping address and your email address! If the USPS or UPS cannot delivery the package due to an insufficient or wrong address, the package will be returned to us.
*If you need to note any delivery instructions on the label, you can message or email us with the instructions and we will note it for you*
You are responsible to track the package and contact the carrier right away if there is any delivery issue. You may also contact us if you need any assistance.
If you realized you made a mistake and need us to make any changes, contact us right away before we process the order. Once the order has been processed and a tracking number is provided, we cannot make any other changes. Contact us on Shop Chat, Instagram, or email tigernailsupply@gmail.com.
Allow 1-2 business days / weekdays for the order to be processed. You will receive an email with a tracking number after your order is processed. Make sure the email you provided is correct. If you're not receiving our confirmation and tracking number, then there must be something wrong with your email address. A phone number is required in case we need to text you about the order. Feel free to leave your Instagram handle as well.
We mostly ship using USPS and UPS. In most cases, these services include insurance up to $100. Priority Mail is 2-3 days shipping time, Standard Shipping is around 4-6 days depending on how far you are from California.
Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, may be processed to ship out the next business day which is Monday.However when a federal holiday falls on a Monday then the soonest we can ship out is Tuesday. We are closed on Saturdays.
When you choose UPS Ground Saver, a UPS tracking number will be provided, however it will be delivered by USPS. The UPS tracking may show delayed activities but once the USPS has an estimated delivery date, the USPS tracking number will appear for you to track as well. If you have any concern, you may contact us regarding the movements of your package.
We work hard to ensure your order is correct, and it arrives in a timely manner, but we understand that isn't always the case. To report any error, incorrect items, or missing items, please message us on Instagram @tigernailsupply, Shop Chat, or email tigernailsupply@gmail.com.
Shipping Issues
- Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items: If you receive the wrong item, your order is incomplete, or products arrive damaged, contact us right away. Please include your order number, a photo of the packing slip, and photos of any issues.
- LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact USPS or UPS to start a service request for a missing package, and file a claim. Tiger Nail Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are dropped off at the shipping carrier.
- Undeliverable Packages: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery issue, you are responsible for additional shipping fees. If the error was on our part, we will reship the package at no extra cost. If you choose not to reship, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs.
FREE SHIPPING:
FREE Standard Shipping (4-6 days) on orders of $50 and up, after discounts, before taxes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We are currently shipping internationally based on Shopify's approved countries. Shipping charges are pre-determined based on the shipping carrier and the weight and size of the product. Shipping time can take between 7 to 14 business days.
NO Refunds or Exchanges on International orders.
INTERNATIONAL TAX AND CUSTOMS DUTY:
You, the buyer, are responsible for any additional international tax, customs, or duties that may be imposed by your country.
