🧾 How to Remove Poly Gel Safely

1. File down the bulk using an e-file or hand file (grit like 100/180).

2. When you get close to the natural nail, switch to a finer file or buffer.

3. You can leave a thin base layer of Poly Gel on the nail to protect it, then apply a new set.

4. Always finish with cuticle oil to rehydrate the nail and skin.
