Colorful Designer Brand Logo Nail Charms

This was my first time ordering from this website. I ordered $60 worth of things. The colorful, designer brand nail charms were part of that order. I did not receive those. I checked the bag inside and out. They were not in there when I messaged this company and told them that I’m missing an item instead of them understanding, they told me that it was in there, and that the only thing that they would do is give me credit for the next time I ordered. They would not send me a replacement. They would not refund to my card. Next time I’ll go to the nail supply store down the street from me. I may pay more money, but hey, at least all my items will be there and I won’t just be given store credit. As a first-time customer, I don’t believe this is how this situation should’ve been handled. It’s not fair to get store credit when they didn’t do their jobs. They should’ve sent me a replacement I needed those. But instead, they’d rather give me store credit that way I have to pay the shipping instead of them. No thank you. I’d rather shop somewhere where I’m valued. I’m also going post this review to Google reviews as other first time customer should be aware of what will happen if they forget to put something in your order. I also wanna add, I asked them so I have to pay shipping for your mistake. They didn’t even bother to message back just completely ignored the problem after that. Horrible experience.

I’m so excited in how the pieces I got turned my junk phone cases into something extravagant! The charms elevated them to the next level. Putting in another order, and I will continue to order!! Also fast delivery and came even prettier than in the pictures! Thank you!
